Shipping and Processing
Items are shipped out 1-2 times per week based on demand to alleviate trips for our hard-working mailperson so please allow a few days for your order to process before it gets shipped.
Please purchase pre-order items separately so your other items aren't waiting. Items with pre-orders will be shipped once the pre-order arrives.
UK & EU Supporters
Due to new tax laws and issues creating orders, we are currently not able to ship to the UK including Ireland.
The EU has also incorporated new tax laws as well so depending on the EU country, import fees and VAT fees may also be added on arrival. We will not be able to refund shipping on orders that are not accepted due to these fees.
Shipping options will typically have a tracking option unless specified otherwise. Please check the order confirmation for the tracking number if applicable.
To add delivery with signature required, please contact us and we can add that additional option for you to your purchase. This is important if you know delivery can be difficult or you have shared mailboxes or delivery areas.
If your packages are unable to be delivered for reasons such as returned to sender, insufficient address, or no such number, we can correct the address and attempt to redeliver with the appropriate fees paid to the carrier. For addresses that are originally correct, but delivery is not possible we will refund the order for items purchased minus delivery fee.
If your package says it was delivered, but you do not see it please check with your post office, neighbors, apartment manager, etc. Unfortunately, we do not have additional information for your package outside of the tracking information available to you. Due to inventory constraints we cannot replace or refund stolen packages.
We cannot refund shipping fees as those are used to pay the mail carrier.
Mail Suspensions (Australia etc.)
Australia has resumed receipt of international mail for certain services through our carrier USPS. Additionally, if there are delays in receiving your package please see the service disruption notices here.
Returns and Refunds
If there are issues with your order please contact us within 14 days of your package arrival.
All items and items on sale are final sale.
All sales are final. We provide accurate sizing information. Please refer to our size charts before making your purchase.
We are open to working out any problems, however to be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Demonstrated to have major flaws
- Purchased at full price as sales items are final sale.
